At The Gluten Free Cake House, we understand how challenging it can be to find delicious cakes that also meet dietary needs. As a mother, I saw firsthand the struggles my eldest son, who has coeliac disease, faced. Birthdays, in particular, were difficult as children often want novelty cakes and to feel included. I decided to tackle this problem head-on and taught myself how to make stunning gluten-free and allergy-friendly cakes that tasted just as good as traditional cakes. I transformed part of my home into a dedicated gluten-free kitchen and now aim to provide delicious and beautiful cakes that everyone can enjoy.
